Specification of the machine

The automatic cutting machine GAMA 16/25 NC is designed for cutting of aluminium lamellas in production of horizontal windows blinds and their stringing on a ladder with automatic starting run of winding stands. The aluminium lamella of 16-25 mm width and 0,16 to 0,22 mm strength is the basic processed material.

Construction of the machine allows to process both widths without exchange of any part of the machine. You insert only the lamella of 16 mm or 25 mm and the machine is set up. Duration of the lamella insertion to the machine was reduced to a minimum due to development of the automatic lamella insertion to the machine. Nowadays is the exchange of the roll color a question of several seconds. It is possible to produce 4 types of blind with lamellas of 25 mm width and a 2 types with lamellas of 16 mm with this machine. All these processes can be performed without change of the punching tools. It is possible to switch fluently from one type to another one. This change is done automatically without necessity to stop the machine and without any human intervention. An easy ladder exchange is another advantage, its burning and sealing of ends that prevent from fringing, handling with the cut blind etc. The lamella is just brought in the area of the stringing equipment in an aircushion and no abrasive wear of the lamella arises.

All operations are controlled by means an industrial computer. The new computer generation is quicker in data processing, machine control and it is a more pleasant control environment from the user´s point of view. The blinds dimensions can be set in two ways: manually directly on the keyboard by means of the touch screen or by means of another PC to the intranet. By means of this PC it is possible to send the orders from the customer´s system directly to the machine and accelerate herewith the whole production and reduce mistakes that arise in manual defining.

It is possible to define detailed setting in individual types of blinds: number of holes (for example the first and last lamella of the complete shielding equipment will be different for reasons of better closing), distances of fixation holes independent on the span of punching tools, the possibility of exact specification of the ladder position towards the hole, etc.
