

The automatic cutting machine model GAMA 25 NC is designed for cutting of aluminum lamellas for production of horizontal window blinds and their synchronous threading into mispicks with automatic acceleration of threading rack. An aluminum lamella of 25 mm, of thickness 0,16 to 0,22 mm is the basic processed material. Some types of lamellas with thickness of 0,22 mm require exchange of the shaping wheels.
Construction of the machine is designed to allow reduction of the intermediate operation time during the tape changing (color change). The period of lamella insertion into the machine has decreased to the minimum decree due to automatic insertion of the lamella into the machine. It is possible to move fluently from one type to another one (this change occurs by itself without stoppage of the machine and without any human interference). An easy change of the "ladder", cutting of the ladder and sealing of ends preventing from fraying, cut blinds handling and the like is another priority.
All work stages are controlled by an industrial computer. The new computer generation is faster in data processing and machine control and it is a more user-friendly environment. The blinds size can be entered in two different ways. Manually, directly on a key-board by means of a touch screen or automatically through transmission from the customer's system.
