Specification of the machine

A cutting automatic machine model BETA 25NC is designed for cutting of aluminium lamellas in production of horizontal window blinds and their simultaneous stringing into short ladders with automatic release of stringing racks. An aluminium lamella in width of 25 mm, thickness 0,16 to 0,22 mm is the basic current material. Some types of lamellas with thickness of 0,22 mm require exchange of shaping wheels.

The machine is constructed in such a way so as the inter stage times for band exchange (colour substitution), setting of the lamella dimension, the ladder exchange handling with a cut blind etc. would be decreased.

All work stages are controlled by an industrial computer. All required dimensions of the blinds are entered in it. The dimensions can be entered in two different ways. Manually, directly on a key-board or automatically through transmission from the system of the customer.
