Specification of the machine

A cutting automatic machine BETA 25 S is designed for cutting of aluminium lamellas in production of horizontal window blinds and their simultaneous stringing into short ladders with manual release of stringing racks. The ladder has to be cut through manually. An aluminum lamella width of 25 mm, thickness 0,16 to 0,22 mm is the basic current material. Some types of lamellas with thickness of 0,22 mm require exchange of shaping wheels. The machine is constructed in such a way so as the interstage times for band exchance (color substitution), setting of the lamella dimension, the ladder exchange handling with a cut blind etc. would be decreased.

All work stages are controlled by an industrial computer. All required dimensions of the blinds are entered in it. The diemensions of the blinds are entered in it. The dimensions can be entered in two different ways. Manually, directly on a key-board or automatically through transmission from the system of the customer.
