Specification of the machine

The cutting machine, model SA 25-08, is intended for aluminum plate cutting during production of horizontal window louvers. The aluminum plate 16 mm and 25 mm wide and 0.16 to 0.22 mm thick is the basic processed material.

The plate bundle is loaded into the bin (hopper) being the integral part of the machine. When passing through the machine, the plate is shaped (cambered). The punching stands are set manually to the requested position and then the holes for the control mechanism or the fixing guide are cut into the shaped plates. These punches are the integral part of the cutting tool assembly and can be switched on/off manually, if necessary. During the last stage the plate is cut to the necessary length and transported to the storage bin.

All working operations on the machine have to be loaded manually. The machine is designed so that individual punching tools may be replaced very easily.

Upon agreement with the manufacturer (at a special order) the material 16, 25, 35 mm wide can be processed on the machine.

The machine drive is provided by two electric motors - plate feed and cutting.

The machine is characterized by a simple design, variability and easy operation and represents the integral part of each interior louver manufacturer.
