Servisní podmínky společnosti ZEBR s.r.o.

 With the objective of high-quality servicing of our products and continuous improvement of conditions for customers’ satisfaction, below you will find the following procedure:

- fill in and send the attached service form (preferably by electronic transmission through our website, by e-mail to the address servis@zebr.cz, by facsimile and or by post (address is shown above)
- contact the service manager (Ladislav Kalužík, mobil:+420 773 931 252) and/or the commercial department, tel.: +420 519 515 810 (Richard Zelinka, cell: +420 777 753 553, Veronika Puchalová, cell: +420 777 753 558  or Rudolf Hrdlík, cell: +420 777 753 567), refer to the sent service form and agree the most suitable term and scope of servicing activities
- send a more precise information, if agreed so (if necessary) and identify the liable contact person who will coordinate this service action on behalf of your company
- in the course of the service works it is advisable, if recommended so by our technician, to provide participation of your interested staff for purpose of familiarization with the issue
- after completion of service works our technician will fill in the service form in presence of your representative (see Annex) and both parties will affix their signatures
- the service record is registered and assessed and the commercial department manager will decide whether it is the warranty or after-warranty case
- the contractor commences the warranty service already by investigating the necessary information about the claimed defect or fault on the work in the customer’s premises

 Our company exerts every effort to grant the best services as soon as possible  so that the customers may utilize the delivered products fully.
 We will welcome your standpoint and/or possible recommendations for further improvement.

PRICELIST OF SERVICE WORKS FOR TEH YEAR 2009:
  - service hour of work performance		   	45,00 €/hod
  - time spent by traveling (on the road)		12,30 €/hod
  - travel expenses (passenger car)			0,41 €/km*
  - travel expenses (passenger car)			0,65 €/km*
  - travel expenses (by air)				by the real costs
  * toll, customs charges and motorway toll will be added
