

We are speaking about the universal rolling line for manufacture and processing of the top and bottom profiles for manufacture of indoor horizontal louvers. The rolling line has two rolling sectors and each sector is driven by a separate actuator, thanks to which independent processing of individual profiles is guaranteed.
The rolling line consists of the 3 main assemblies:
The first part is created by two active unwinding units with ultrasound sensor, regulating the unwinding speed. Roll of material with the central screw is fixed on the unwinding unit.
The second part is represented by the rolling line itself: stands with rolling wheels are fixed on the machine stand; the rolling wheels are manufactured by a special technology guaranteeing their long service life. The material passes through the rolling wheels, where it is converted to the shape and dimension requested by the customer. The unit also comprises the straightening head, eliminating minor vertical and horizontal deformations which can appear during rolling. The rolling line also comprises individual cutting and punching tools.
The third part is created by the side table: the rolled profiles with all punched holes are cut to the requested length and placed here. The operators take the profiles from this table.
The profiles can be processed on the rolling line by two available methods: by direct loading of the dimensions (job order) into the machine or by manufacturing only intermediates specified for further processing on another machine.
Operation is done by the rotary panel with the touch display placed directly above the rolling line. The rolling line can be connected to the local network, using another PC. Dimensions of individual orders can then be sent from the information system of the company. In case of certain software failures the rolling line will be connected to internet and our company will remove them.
The rolling line can be completed additionally by the ink jet printer (external PC is needed for printing) and also by automatic loading of the plastic bearings.
Great plus of this rolling line: nearly all operations are carried out directly on the machine and the rolled profile need not be loaded and fed into other tools and assemblies. Further advantages are as follows: saving of material, place for profile storage and, last but not least, saving in manufacturing time.
