Specification of the machine

It is a simple hydraulic machine for cutting and punching of the top and bottom sections (max.25 mm x 25 mm) connected with production of indoor horizontal louvers.

The machine punches the hole into the top section for the bearing, punches the bottom section, cuts the top section with the possibility of fixing hole piercing. All these operations are carried out by stepping on the mobile pedal.

One of many other functions of the machine consists in the possibility of parallel loading of the top and bottom sections into the tools, thus reducing the time necessary for manufacturing the louvers.

Individual tool modules are replaceable, thanks to which different louver types can be manufactured, different section shapes processed and different hole types punched.

The tools are mounted on the metering bed with adjustable stops. The machine can also be extended by the digital metering unit.
